Our Social Sweat Project team are looking forward to welcoming you to the healthy and beautiful side of Ibiza. 

We want to make sure that you have an amazing time on this beautiful island and have a healthy and educational experience without feeling restricted.

Vista Salinas is a contemporary house situated on a hillside between Ibiza town and San José. Centrally located, the villa which is reached by a short drive from the main road, is in an extremely quiet location. It is not visible from any other property and is thus extremely private.

A typical day.

8am - Wake up call and meet  downstairs with a fresh juice shot and a coffee

8:30am – Morning awakening meditation with Danielle to prepare you for the day ahead and some mobility to get you ready for the first workout.

8:45am – Straight in to the first workout of the day. A nice little HIIT session on the tennis court with Danny to get you going and ready for Chef Garys breakfast buffet.

9:30am – Healthy breakfast buffet prepared by the chef including seasonal fruits, healthy cereals and eggs made to order if you so wish!

Morning chill time

11:00am – 14:00pm  – Set off to one of Ibiza’s stunning hiking trails to the top of Sa Talia (Ibiza’s highest Peak). We will be in one of Ibiza’s most beautiful secret spots for a fun workout with a view, followed by snacks prepared by the chef.

14:00pm – After the pleasant hike down Danielle will take you through a relaxing stretch session to ease your aching muscles.

14:30pm – Lunch time! Well earned healthy lunch prepared by our world class Chef Gary made with fresh local ingredients.

Afternoon chill time. Read, relax, sunbathe, chill in the pool…. Maybe nice little Spanish siesta!

17:30pm – Boxing session with Danny to earn the evening feast

18:30pm – Finishing the days exercise off right with a yoga session with Danielle

19:30pm – Dinner! The amazing Chef Gary has been preparing and marinating all day ready for tonight’s BBQ dinner. Glass of wine optional.

Enjoy the rest of the evening with great company before heading off to the comfy beds of the villa.
